ingredients
- 30 g POWDERme® protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful of kale / spinach leaves
- 200 ml of milk, oat milk or almond milk
- 3 dates (alternatively: 1 tbsp honey)
- Fresh mint for garnish
